Like a few posts I've read, some Subaru owners are having a problem with the key getting stuck in the ignition after shutting down the car. I've tried a new technique that seems to be working. With the car on, in drive, lock all doors with the auto door "lock" button, put in park and. immediately remove the key. Has worked 90+ percent of the time.. Bar rescue tailgate
